Manjula is a member of INSTITUTE OF ESTATE AGENTS SA, and the Property Professional Regulatory Authority (PPRA). She has over 30 years of real estate experience and has always been in the sales and business environment, with various family-run businesses including financial planning. She also held the post of chair lady (10 YEARS) for the governing body of RP Moodley School for physically disabled children, a school that she has the utmost respect for and holds with great compassion.
Losing an only child has been devastating and traumatic, but the KINDNESS of the people who we call clients, whose patience empathy, care and compassion during this time was simply amazing. It is this that makes this job so rewarding, it’s the wonderful relationships and friendships we built during the course of our work. She has also done specialist property courses with international trainers (Richard Robbins, Ted Hatch, John Kehoe, John de Martini) and has attended various conventions around South Africa including the largest property convention, NAR, in the USA. She has attended a few conventions in different parts of America, and is affiliated as an international broker with NAR (National Associates of Realtors (international).
